These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the mobile applications and services ("Services") provided by Jessify Tech SRL ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Jessify Tech develops and operates mobile applications available on iOS and Android platforms. The specific features and functionality of each application are described on its respective app store listing and within the application itself.

3. User Accounts

Some of our applications may require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account and to update it as necessary.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use our Services for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of our applications
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our Services
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our Services — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, and software — are the exclusive property of Jessify Tech SRL and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

Some features of our applications may be available through paid subscriptions. Payment terms, pricing, and subscription management are handled through the respective app store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store). Refund policies are governed by the applicable app store's terms.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. Any information provided through our applications is for general informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as professional advice (including medical, financial, or legal advice).

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Jessify Tech SRL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our Services.

9. Modifications to Services and Terms

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our Services at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our Services after changes to the Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our Services at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Romania.
